Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering to vote in the affLIFT Peak Awards ("Peak Awards"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our voting system.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Peak Awards, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have a valid email address
• Not engage in fraudulent or manipulative voting practices

3. Voting Rules

When participating in the Peak Awards voting:

• One vote per email address is allowed
• You may vote for up to 3 affiliate networks
• You may vote for up to 3 traffic sources
• You may vote for 1 tracking tool
• You may edit your votes at any time before the voting deadline using your magic link
• Fraudulent voting, including the use of fake emails, bots, or vote manipulation, is strictly prohibited

4. Account Creation

You may optionally create an affLIFT forum account after voting. If you do so, you agree to comply with affLIFT's forum terms of service and community guidelines. Account creation is voluntary and not required to participate in voting.

5. Fraud Prevention

We employ fraud detection measures to ensure voting integrity, including:

• Email validation and verification
• IP address monitoring
• Device fingerprinting
• Behavioral analysis

We reserve the right to disqualify any votes that are determined to be fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these terms.

6. Email Communications

By registering, you consent to receive:

• Email confirmation with your voting link
• Magic links to access and edit your ballot
• Notification of the Peak Awards results on December 1, 2025

You may opt out of result notifications by contacting us, but confirmation emails are required for voting participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials related to the Peak Awards are the property of affLIFT or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

8. Results and Awards

The results of the Peak Awards will be determined by the votes received and will be announced on December 1, 2025. Results are final and not subject to appeal. affLIFT reserves the right to audit votes and remove fraudulent entries before finalizing results.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts to vote multiple times
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate voting
• Attempt to interfere with the voting system's operation
• Engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the voting process
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your ability to vote if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Peak Awards voting system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

affLIFT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the voting system.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered voters via email. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
